technical dossiers with sources

Your next tender dossier, drafted from your own winning bids, with every passage traced to the project it came from.

Fisto writes the draft from your archive. Your engineer reviews it and signs it.

Fisto drafts the Sobre B: the scored technical dossier in Spanish public construction tenders.

The problem

A Sobre B runs 60 to 200 pages of technical memory and method statements, written to the exact structure the tender specification demands and scored against its published rubric. Most of that content is not new: it is the firm's own previous work, adapted.

Today an engineer spends 20 to 40 hours digging through old projects, lifting passages, rewriting them for this tender and reformatting them for this awarding body. They do not need creative writing. They need their own best previous work, found and adapted, with the source in view.

How it works

  1. It reads the specification. It extracts the required structure and the scoring criteria, section by section.
  2. It searches your archive. It retrieves the passages from your winning bids that answer each section.
  3. It drafts with the source in view.Every paragraph in the draft states which project it came from, so the person signing can check it.

Why it is different

  • Grounded in your archive, not in a model's imagination.

The text reads like your firm because it comes from it: from what you already submitted and what already scored well.

  • Per-passage traceability.

Every paragraph links to its source project. Verifiable before signing, not after.

  • Drafted against the rubric.

We extract the scoring criteria from the tender documents and draft to score, starting with the BIMSA and Infraestructures.cat templates.

What it is not

Not a tender-alert tool. Not a generic proposal writer. It does not estimate costs or generate schedules. And it does not invent facts: if something is not in your archive, it says so.

05 ·

Your archive stays yours

Each firm works in an isolated environment. Your archive is never shared, never reused for other clients and never used to train any model: we work only with providers whose terms guarantee that by contract.
