Pricing
One price per firm, not a catalogue of plans.
Enterprise
Quoted
An annual subscription. The figure depends on how many tenders you bid and how large an archive there is to index.
What it includes
An isolated environment for your firm. Your archive is never shared, never reused for other clients and never used to train a model.
Loading and indexing of your previous bids, with the setup done by us.
Drafts written against the tender's scoring rubric, with the source of every passage in view.
The cost of the AI models sits inside the fee: no separate API invoice.
Support direct from the founders, with no tier in between.
Why there is no price table
Because this is not a self-serve product yet. Each firm arrives with its own archive, its own awarding bodies and its own templates, and that setup is part of what is being paid for. We would rather give you a number we can stand behind than publish one that does not fit you.
How we start
- You tell us who you are and what you bid for.
- We talk once: volume, the specifications you see most, what archive you hold.
- We send a fixed proposal. If it fits, we set your firm up ourselves.
Common questions
- What does Fisto cost?
- We publish no rate card. The figure is set per firm, on an annual subscription, and depends on your tender volume and the size of the archive to index. You get a fixed number after a call.
- Is there a free plan or a trial?
- There is no self-serve tier and no free plan. Access is granted by hand, one firm at a time, after we have spoken.
- Is the AI cost billed separately?
- No. The model cost sits inside the fee: no separate API invoice, and no provider accounts for you to manage.
- What size of firm does this suit?
- Firms that bid regularly and already hold their own archive of previous submissions. Below that, the setup work does not pay for itself yet.
